Run Run Rudolph - Phoenix

On Sunday, December 20, 2026, the Phoenix Run Run Rudolph Half Marathon and its companion events will bring holiday cheer to runners of all ages at Rio Vista Park in Peoria. This year marks the 13th edition of this festive race series, which includes a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and the Reindeer Dash for younger participants.
Participants can look forward to scenic routes along the New River Trail System, featuring both concrete and asphalt paths that wind through lush greenery. The course is designed to be wheelchair, leashed pet, and stroller-friendly, ensuring everyone has a comfortable experience. Race day registration begins at 7:00 AM with packet pickup also available until start time.
Runners will enjoy custom event medals for all finishers and the opportunity to wear their specially-designed dri-fit tech t-shirts proudly. Age group awards are given out in multiple categories across various distances, excluding virtual runners and the Reindeer Dash participants. The race is timed by StartLine Racing with real-time results available online.
To kick off the festivities early, packet pick-up will be held on December 19th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Road Runner Sports in Scottsdale. On race day, runners can look forward to a pre- and post-race "Athlete's Brunch," featuring granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, and more.
The event benefits Ryan House, focusing on quality of life for children facing serious medical challenges and their families. Join us in supporting this vital cause while enjoying the spirit of the season!
