The event is designed as an intimate gathering with limited spots per wave, ensuring a warm and supportive atmosphere. Whether you're aiming to run or walk, every participant's pace is celebrated here. Waves fill up quickly on a first-come-first-serve basis, so early registration is key. Once registered, runners are provided with all the necessary support through local running clubs that foster ongoing community engagement.
### Timing & Support
Participants have the flexibility of tracking their time independently using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submitting it via an easy online form for official recognition. Alternatively, our coordinators on-site can assist in keeping track of your run's duration without any need for timing chips, ensuring a stress-free experience focused solely on personal growth.
### Swag & Rewards
Upon registration, each runner receives a running shirt shipped directly to their address (US only), along with an optional upgrade to lightweight technical shirts at an additional cost. Other perks include:

### Logistics Simplified

For those who prefer flexibility or cannot attend in person, we offer a virtual run option that includes digital training tools and allows submission of results via email to receive your finisher's medal after completing your chosen distance anytime and anywhere convenient for you.
