About the Event

Rumble in the Jumble VI invites runners of all abilities to take part in an exhilarating 6-hour timed challenge. Whether you're aiming for a quick 5k or stretching your legs through multiple laps, this event offers flexibility and endurance testing options. As soon as the race starts at 9:00 AM sharp, participants can begin their journey on a 4.37-mile loop course. The route is designed to accommodate various distances, including half marathons (13.1 miles), full marathons (26.2 miles), and even ultra-marathon lengths.
The event's layout features strategically placed hydration stations at the end of each lap where runners can refuel with water, squash, fizzy drinks, and a selection of snacks to keep energy levels high throughout their adventure. Participants have until 5:59 PM on race day to complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit.
Upon crossing the finish line, athletes will receive not just a medal but also an exclusive goody bag celebrating their accomplishment. The medals are available in various designs from previous editions, allowing runners to choose one that resonates with them or reflects their achievement for this year's event.
Competitors should be mindful of sharing the public footpath and considerate towards other users during the race. Additionally, there will be toilet facilities at the venue along with changing areas, ensuring participants have all necessary amenities readily available throughout the day.
Parking is plentiful on-site; however, organizers encourage carpooling to minimize environmental impact. A secure area for leaving bags near the start/finish line is provided but not supervised continuously—so valuables should remain in your possession at all times.

The Rumble in the Jumble VI adheres strictly to UKA Athletics rules and is licensed by the TRA. Age-specific distance limits apply for younger participants:
- Ages 12-13 years: 5,000 meters
- Ages 14-15 years: 6,000 meters
- Ages 16-17 years: 10,000 meters and 25,000 meters respectively
- Ages 18-19 years: No upper limit but a maximum of 45 kilometers is recommended
