On November 14, 2026, runners and fitness enthusiasts are invited to experience the vibrant community spirit of Ripon at the Stanislaus River Trail - Mavis Stouffer Park. This year’s edition offers a trio of races: a 5K, a 10K, and a half marathon, each designed to challenge participants while celebrating the beauty of this Central California city. Located in picturesque Mavis Stouffer Park, Ripon's race courses wind through scenic trails along the Stanislaus River. The event promises stunning views, lush greenery, and an atmosphere that encapsulates the essence of community spirit. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, there’s something for everyone. Participants can choose from early bird specials to save on entry fees: - 5K/10K: $45 (September 1 - November 13), $55 (Race Day) - Half Marathon: $75 (September 1 - November 13), $95 (Race Day) Each registration includes a custom technical T-shirt, finisher medal, goodie bag, and post-race refreshments. Early packet pickup is available on Thursday, November 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., or Friday, November 13th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Alpine Climbing in Ripon. Race day registration opens at 7:30 a.m., with the half marathon starting promptly at 9:00 a.m., followed by the 10K at 9:10 a.m. and the 5K beginning at 9:20 a.m. Walkers are welcome in the 5K or 10K, but no strollers will be allowed on any of the race courses. Awards for overall male and female winners as well as age group awards (3-deep) across various categories ensure that every participant has an opportunity to shine: - Age Categories: - 5K: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80 - 10K & Half Marathon: 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and over 80 Volunteers are also needed to help make this event a success.
