Rescue Me 5K
About the event
Join us for RescueMe 5K, an exciting event supporting the American Pit Bull Foundation's vital community programs. This unique race brings runners and their beloved pets together to raise awareness and funds for Humane Education, Outreach, Advocacy, and Shelter to Service initiatives.
After the competitive run or walk with your furry companion, enjoy a vibrant celebration filled with engaging activities. Visit our vendors offering an array of items, participate in fun raffles and silent auctions, play games, and savor delicious refreshments while connecting with fellow participants.
This year's event has a special focus on APBF’s Behavior and Training Fund. Contributions will help provide essential pre- and post-adoption training and behavior support for dogs, addressing one of the leading reasons why families surrender their pets to shelters.
By participating in RescueMe 5K and supporting this cause, you play an integral role in strengthening bonds between people and their canine companions, ensuring that more families can keep their beloved pets at home.
