Ré SwimRun 2027

The Ré Swimrun 2027 takes place on Saturday, September 18, 2027, offering athletes three distinct formats to choose from: L Duo (30 km), M Duo and Solo (17 km), and S Duo, Solo, and Challenge Entreprise (8 km). Each format blends running and swimming with scenic routes along the coast of Île de Ré. Participants will navigate through sections ranging from 400 to 800 meters in water and up to 3 kilometers on land, depending on their chosen category.
The course starts in La Loix and finishes at Rivedoux-Plage, traversing picturesque villages like La Couarde-sur-Mer and Saint-Martin-de-Ré. The route hugs the shoreline closely, providing breathtaking views of the ocean throughout. With its mix of short but intense segments, this event challenges athletes both physically and mentally while celebrating the beauty of Île de Ré’s coastline.
Participants can expect a dynamic course that may be adjusted based on administrative or weather conditions to ensure safety and optimal performance for all competitors. The Ré Swimrun is an official Fédération Française de Triathlon event, recognizing its unique blend of disciplines as part of multisport events.
This race offers a perfect opportunity for athletes to immerse themselves in the stunning natural beauty of Île de Ré while pushing their limits through alternating runs and swims along the island’s rugged yet inviting shoreline.
