RANCHO FIT RUN

The Rancho Fit Run, hosted by the Academia Rancho Fit in São Francisco de Itabapoana, Rio de Janeiro, is set to take place on November 1, 2026. The community race offers runners two distances: a scenic 3 km route and an extended 6 km course.
Participants will gather at the academy’s location along Rodovia São Francisco-Gargaú for both events. Secure parking with designated areas for bicycles is available, alongside medical support including first aid stations and ambulance services throughout the day. The race features hydration points every two kilometers to keep runners refreshed as they navigate through picturesque landscapes around Santa Clara Beach.
Competitors can choose from three registration tiers: a promotional rate of R$99.99 with full kit (including t-shirt, backpack, medal) or R$65.90 without the kit; an intermediate tier at R$127.90 with kit and R$93.90 without; and a final tier costing R$130.00 with kit or R$95.90 without. Groups of ten participants can enjoy a 5% discount using specific coupons.
Race day will see medical support stationed at the start/finish line as well as midway along the longer course, ensuring safety for all runners. In case of severe weather conditions that may endanger participant safety, organizers reserve the right to alter routes or times and adhere strictly to their cancellation policy outlined in the race regulations.
The event’s kit includes a custom t-shirt, timing chip integrated into your bib number, a backpack, and a completion medal. Those opting for the no-kit option will still receive a numbered bib with QR code tracking and a finisher's medal but without additional gear like shirts or bags. Kit collection is available in advance on October 30th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, October 31st from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with final pick-up on race day starting at 5:00 AM until 5:45 AM for those unable to collect in advance.
