1ª CORRIDA E CAMINHADA - APAEXONEI

On October 18, 2026, the community of Guarus comes alive with the spirit of inclusion and camaraderie during the Corrida APAE Campos. This annual event takes place at Praça Santo Antônio in Jardim Carioca, where runners and walkers gather to support a noble cause.
The race offers three distinct categories: a 3 km run for adults aged 18+, a longer 6 km option also open to those over 18, and a 3 km walk. Additionally, there's the Caminhada da Superação, designed specifically for users of APAE Campos with varying levels of support from parents or guardians.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early on race day to ensure smooth registration and warm-up time before the start near Av. Dep. Bartolomeu Lisandro in front of Praça Santo Antônio. The event aims not only to promote physical health but also social inclusion, highlighting the importance of community support for individuals with disabilities.
In addition to competitive racing categories, there are opportunities for everyone to engage and contribute through various activities that foster a sense of unity and purpose. All participants will receive medals upon completion, while hydration stations along the route provide water throughout, complemented by post-race snacks like fruits at the finish line.
Registration is open from May 30 until August 31 or when spots fill up on ticketsports.com.br, with early bird pricing available for those who sign up before June 30. Discounts are also offered to individuals aged over 60 and PCD (Persons with Disabilities) participants upon proof of eligibility.
Join the Corrida APAE Campos this October to celebrate health, community, and inclusivity while supporting a worthy cause.
