About the Event

This laid-back running event takes place on the Imperial Palace loop in Chiyoda, Tokyo, with the start near the clock tower inside Sakuradamon. Events run from one lap (about 5 km) through two laps (about 10 km) to four laps (about 20 km), plus a 20 km relay in which teams cover 4 x 4 laps.
The organizers say it suits everyone from beginners to serious runners, and that walk-up entries and slightly late arrivals are fine. Distances can be changed mid-run. The one thing they ask is that runners do not give up and take the train home from Takebashi.
