Prevox Startbaanloop

The Prevox Startbaanloop takes place on December 6, 2026, at the AV Startbaan athletics track in Amstelveen. The race offers distances of 1 km, 3 km, and 5 km for runners to choose from, with a special youth category available for the shorter distance. Participants can expect precise timing thanks to electronic timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate round times and finish results.
The event starts at 10:00 AM for the 1-kilometer race and moves up to 10:15 AM for both the 3 km and 5 km races. Runners will begin their journey from the competition office across the track and cross the finishing line near the kantine.
Supporters are welcome, adding a lively atmosphere as runners push through each lap of the well-maintained athletics facility. Post-race amenities include changing rooms and showers for those who want to freshen up after crossing the finish line.
Registration is available online via inschrijven.nl until December 5th or on-site from 9:15 AM at the kantine. Entry fees are €4 per person, which includes a drink of coffee or tea for both the 3 km and 5 km races. For youth participants in the 1-kilometer race, there is an entry fee of just €2 that covers a Capri-Sun and a certificate.
Participants are encouraged to arrive by bicycle or public transport due to limited parking on-site. If the official car park reaches capacity, runners can find alternative parking options at the grass field within AV Startbaan's premises. For those driving, simply follow signs for directions to available spots.
