President Steyn FUN RUN & RIDE

Immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of Bloemfontein on October 24, 2026, as President Steyn Combined School hosts its inaugural Fun Run & Ride. This family-friendly festival is designed to bring together community members for a day filled with fitness and camaraderie.
Participants can choose from various distances: a 5KM run through scenic trails or a challenging 10KM option for those seeking more mileage. For cyclists, there are two MTB/Gravel routes - a shorter 20KM loop that offers exciting terrain and a longer 40KM route perfect for seasoned riders.
The event unfolds with activities starting at 7:00 AM near the Waterbron area of Piet Odendaal Road in Bloemfontein. Well-marked courses ensure easy navigation, complemented by water points along the way to keep everyone hydrated. As you cross the finish line, take home a commemorative medal and enjoy professional event photography capturing your moment.
The day is not just about racing; it's also an opportunity for families to bond over food stalls offering refreshments and snacks. The atmosphere buzzes with school spirit as President Steyn Combined School celebrates its rich 96-year history in the heart of Bainsvlei, a community known for agriculture and education.
