PRAIAS SECRETAS - JURÉIA ITATINS TRAIL RUNNING - EDIÇÃO DE PRIMAVERA - 2026
About the Event
Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of Brazil's untouched coastlines at the Secret Beaches Juréia-Itatins race. On November 8, 2026, runners will navigate through pristine beaches, dense forests, and rugged mountain trails within the Parque Estadual do Itinguçu, part of a UNESCO World Heritage site that preserves one of Brazil's largest remnants of Atlantic Forest in its most untouched state. Participants are shuttled to the start line by exclusive boat transfers, ensuring an intimate connection with nature from the moment they arrive. The race course features breathtaking scenery and challenging terrain, marked by natural elements like restingas (coastal dunes), ribeirões (streams), and dense woodland paths. Aid stations spaced every 5 kilometers provide essential hydration and isotonic drinks to keep runners fueled throughout their journey. Post-race amenities include a medal for finishers, fruit refreshments, and an eco-friendly souvenir shirt commemorating the event's commitment to conservation. With distances ranging from 5K to 21K, this trail running experience offers something unique for all levels of endurance athletes seeking adventure in one of Brazil’s most pristine natural settings.
