CORRIDA PARA ELAS - 4ª ETAPA

On November 8, 2026, runners will gather at dawn on the picturesque streets of Itanhaém for the Corrida Itanhaém 5K. The race begins promptly at 7:30 AM from Av. Dr. Edson Batista de Andrade near Pocinho de Anchieta and covers a scenic route that winds through this charming coastal town.
The event promises an invigorating morning experience, with participants enjoying the fresh sea breeze as they run along picturesque avenues lined with vibrant local flora. The course is flat for most of its 5-kilometer length but does feature some gentle inclines and declines to challenge runners and highlight Itanhaém's natural beauty.
Competitors will be rewarded not just by stunning views, but also through a competitive ranking system where the top five finishers in overall classification receive special prizes. All participants are timed using electronic chips for accuracy, with results based on net time.
Registration opens January 12, 2026, and closes November 8, 2026, or earlier if spots fill up. Entry fees range from R$65 without kit to R$120 for the premium package which includes a tote bag, t-shirt, beach towel, race number, chip timing device, safety pins, and a finisher's medal.
Race day kits can be picked up at Studio Personal on November 7th or near the start line from 5:00 to 6:00 AM on November 8th. As the event takes place in public areas, runners are reminded of potential obstacles due to road conditions and must adhere strictly to rules regarding chip usage and conduct.
The race is scheduled for all weather conditions unless safety concerns dictate a cancellation. Participants should be prepared for an early morning start with temperatures typically cool but comfortable this time of year along the coast.
