!!! NEW LOCATION !!! This year's Pomeroy SoleKids Fall Frenzy will be held at the Garfield County Fairgrounds! Join us for an exciting mix of asphalt and dirt combining the best of both road running and trail racing! Same distance! New Location! This exciting race is the culmination of the Fall 2025 SoleKids season and features a flat, fast loop course through town. Enjoy fall colors and cooler temperatures on your way to your first 5k or your fastest!

SoleKids, Pomeroy

SoleKids, Pomeroy is part of SoleKids, a Boise based non-profit dedicated to fostering a lifelong love of running in kids age pre-k to 5th grade. Currently, we run a spring and fall program that meets twice a week for eight weeks training for a 5k race! Be sure to cheer on these little runners out on the course!

We have a limited number of shirts available for participants. Order early to ensure you get the size you want!

inclusivity and Financial Hardship

Our primary goal with this event is to get people out into the woods and enjoy trail running. We do not want to let any financial hardship stand in the way of participating in this event. If you are unable to pay for whatever reason. Please reach out to Will Marquardt at [email protected] as soon as you can. Also, entry into this event is FREE for all SoleKids, Pomeroy runners! The entry code will be provided by Coach Sarrah or Coach Will.

Aid Stations

A PortaPotty will be set up at the start/finish line and an aid station will be set up at the halfway point.
