The Frosty Friday course winds through a scenic 5.3km out-and-back route along the river's edge, providing runners with stunning views and an opportunity to enjoy the crisp winter air. The terrain is flat and fast, featuring a riverside towpath without any significant elevation changes. Participants can choose from various distances ranging from a minimum of 3.28 miles (5k) up to ultra-marathon lengths, depending on their endurance goals.
Entry fees for this event are slightly lower than those for weekend events, offering excellent value while maintaining the same high-quality experience and legendary medals that PHOENIX Fridays are known for. Custom medal requests can be made in advance by emailing the organizers; runners will have a chance to pick from an array of big, bold, bright, and epic finisher's bling.
