About the Event

Join Phoenix Running Devon for Jelly Runners, the inaugural race in our Sweet Tooth series. This unique event begins at Exeter's historic Quayside and follows an out-and-back course along the picturesque Exeter Canal path. Participants can choose to run a 5km loop or tackle longer distances up to ultra marathon lengths by completing multiple laps of the scenic route.
The flexible format allows runners of all abilities to participate, whether you're planning on one lap or aiming for endurance challenges. Each finisher receives our distinctive Red Phoenix Medal that celebrates your achievement in style. However, if medals aren't a priority and cost is a concern, we offer an affordable 'no medal' entry option starting at £25. This allows access to all race amenities without the added expense of a physical award.
Race day features our signature epic aid station with hydration and snacks available throughout your run. You'll also enjoy same-day results, athlete profiles, digital bibs, and finishers certificates upon completion. Our flexible start time policy means you can begin whenever it suits you best – arrive early or late, the choice is yours. Should special start times be required for any reason, just reach out to us ahead of time.
With a limited capacity of 50 runners per race, securing your spot in advance is essential as there will be no on-the-day entries available. The minimum distance you can cover is 3.28 miles or continue running up to seven hours if desired. The route itself offers smooth concrete paths and hard trails that are both fast and flat with virtually no elevation changes.
