About the Event

Join us for an exciting Saturday cycling session designed specifically for young riders aged 10-16 who are ready to take their skills to the next level. While we welcome younger cyclists, please ensure they have reached a sufficient skill standard before attending.
The event kicks off at 11am and runs until 1pm, offering two hours of energetic cycling activities tailored to intermediate-level riders. The morning session is packed with fun challenges and drills aimed at improving technique and endurance, followed by a brief break around noon for refreshments.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their own drinks and snacks to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day. Whether you prefer to book your spot in advance or simply turn up on the day, we have options that suit everyone's preferences. Online booking closes at 10pm the night before to allow us to prepare for the event.
When registering online, please use your child’s name rather than yours. If they are a member of HHYCC (Hillside Happy Young Cyclists Club), you can enjoy a £2 discount on this session.
Our club is built around community involvement and we always welcome new volunteers in various roles such as registration assistance, bike maintenance support, or coaching duties. These positions operate on a rotational basis to ensure everyone gets involved.
