On Sunday, August 16th from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, the charming town of Saline les Bains hosts an engaging Orienteering Challenge. Participants will navigate through the scenic landscape using a detailed map and compass to find hidden checkpoints in this fun-filled event.
Teams are encouraged to consist of 2 to 5 members for optimal collaboration and enjoyment, though solo adventurers are welcome too. For those with young ones, there's also a family-friendly route where at least one child under ten years old must be part of the team, making it an ideal activity for families looking to explore together.
The event offers two distinct routes: a more relaxed course designed for recreational enthusiasts and a competitive track tailored towards seasoned orienteers. Each participant will pay 15 euros to join in on this exciting day filled with discovery and camaraderie.
Upon completing the challenge, top performers are rewarded with special prizes while all participants can enjoy complimentary refreshing beverages at the finish line. This event promises an afternoon of adventure, learning, and fun for orienteering enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.
