About the Event

Join us for an unforgettable run through Palace City as part of We Run For The Kids! All proceeds from this half marathon directly benefit local children's programs and experiences offered by the Kiwanis Club of Mitchell. Your participation will support initiatives like Girls on the Run, which empowers young girls with confidence and leadership skills; Big Friend Little Friend, a mentoring program that pairs older community members with younger ones for positive interaction; and the Story Walk at Patton Young Park, where children can explore stories through interactive storytelling paths.
Don't miss out on running alongside our inclusive playground in Kiwanis Woodlot Park. This special area is designed to welcome all ages and abilities, creating a joyful environment for families and friends alike. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the initiatives we support.
Together, let's make a difference in the lives of children while enjoying the scenic beauty of Palace City!
