PAACE Yourself in December (2026)

Embrace December with the Pitreavie AAC’s PAACE Yourself challenge, an initiative designed for members looking to stay motivated through the chilly winter months leading up to Hogmanay. Participants can set their own fitness goals—whether it's walking or jogging 5K each day, completing a daily exercise routine of 30 minutes, hitting a specific step count, or covering a predetermined distance over 31 days.
The challenge encourages personal accountability and flexibility in goal-setting. Upon signing up, participants declare their objective and work towards achieving it by the end of December. The journey culminates with a social run where everyone gathers to celebrate accomplishments and collect their exclusive #PAACE t-shirt or vest in Rocket Red as recognition for their efforts.
Participants who prefer not to receive an item can opt for a donation-only entry, supporting Myeloma UK—a charity dedicated to providing support, campaigning for better treatments, and conducting research aimed at curing myeloma. Every contribution helps ensure that individuals diagnosed with this incurable blood cancer do not face it alone, thanks to the community’s unwavering commitment.
Join Pitreavie AAC in making a difference while pushing your personal limits through December's PAACE Yourself challenge.
