About the event
On A Plod is an unconventional 5-hour running experience that transforms your backyard into a vibrant festival of movement. Participants navigate a fast, flat 3km loop, starting and finishing at the central race hub each time around. This unique setup ensures runners never stray far from the lively atmosphere, music, and camaraderie.
The event features live tracking and rolling leaderboards to keep everyone informed about lap times and standings. DJs provide an energetic soundtrack throughout the day, while a full refuel zone offers continuous refreshments and Jubel's (a popular beverage) for participants to recharge between laps.
Backed by sponsors like Jubel, Tenzing, ESN, Wintergreen, Ovrload, and The Livewell Clinic, runners receive top-notch support in terms of fuel, hydration, and medical care. Whether you aim to complete a single lap or push yourself through multiple circuits over the 5-hour period, On A Plod caters to all levels of fitness and ambition.
Runners can expect an immersive experience that combines competition with celebration, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy a fun-filled day out in the sun.
