OL3D - Original Lakeland Three Day

OL3D - One Great Adventure invites you to immerse yourself in three days of self-supported mountain running through the stunning Lake District. Starting from Pooley Bridge, participants can choose between Short, Medium, and Long courses tailored for all abilities and speeds, either solo or as a pair.
Each day challenges runners with varying levels of navigation difficulty and terrain ascent, while essential overnight gear is transported to designated campsites ahead of time. This allows you to travel light during the day, focusing on the breathtaking fells rather than heavy packs. At nightfall, set up camp in rustic locations, enjoy good food and company, and revel in the satisfaction of conquering another day in the hills.
