Nauticales Roses

On October 10, 2026, the third edition of "Nauticales roses" will take place at Plobsheim's nautical base. Organized by the Bas-Rhin Departmental Sailing Committee in partnership with two local sailing clubs, ACAL and AOG, this event aims to raise awareness about breast cancer through a day dedicated to discovering the joys of sailing.
Participants can enjoy a unique one-hour guided sail along specially marked buoys adorned with pink flags. Experienced female sailors from Plobsheim will act as skippers for those new to sailing, welcoming up to four passengers per boat throughout the day. With rotations every hour and a half, approximately 200 people are expected to take part in this nautical adventure.
In addition to the on-water activities, there is a range of land-based events designed to educate visitors about breast cancer prevention and post-operative sports activities. These include informative workshops led by experts, as well as hands-on bracelet-making sessions that symbolize support for those affected by the disease.
Visitors can also enjoy refreshments from the onsite café and light snacks while taking part in these engaging activities. The event will run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Plobsheim's nautical base, offering a full day of fun and educational experiences for all ages and skill levels.
