Munster Women's MTB Collective - Coached Day 7th November
About the event
Munster Women’s MTB Collective presents the Coached Ride Day at Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails on Friday, November 7, 2026. Supported by Cycling Ireland, this event offers two sessions designed to elevate your mountain biking skills.
The morning session from 10am to 1pm is tailored for riders who are comfortable with blue trails and ready to tackle the park's red routes such as Free Bird and Super D. Led by Aisling Cullen of TrailBikeBody MTB Coaching, participants will learn essential techniques to ride these challenging terrains confidently.
In the afternoon session from 1:30pm to 4pm, riders will focus on mastering black trails through a detailed examination of steep drop-ins, drops, and technical features. Riders will develop the skills needed to approach these obstacles with intent rather than fear, enhancing their overall riding experience.
Both sessions are not recommended for beginners; however, introductory days are scheduled in the near future. Join Aisling Cullen at Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails for an enriching day of coaching and camaraderie.
