The shorter courses, at 10 km with 346 mD+ elevation gain and a more relaxed 5 km with 165 mD+, are perfect for those who want to experience the beauty without pushing their limits too far.
For those craving longer distances, the race offers two options: a challenging 21 km course with 652 mD+ of climbing or an even more demanding route at 35 km and 1030 mD+. Each step along these trails will test your endurance under Morocco’s relentless sun. The terrain is varied, combining sandy stretches that can feel like running through a giant hourglass with rocky climbs that challenge every muscle.
