This scenic venue, owned by NFL legend DeAngelo Williams and local personality Ris Williams, hosts one of the fastest-growing Backyard Ultras in the country. Join runners from across the Southeast for a thrilling competition set against rolling hills and picturesque landscapes.
The Momentus Back Yard Ultra is an official event following the unique Backyard Ultra format: complete a 4.167-mile loop every hour on the hour until only one runner remains. This race has no predetermined finish or distance; each participant continues to answer the bell, pushing their limits as long as they can.
### Course Details
The course features approximately 4.167 miles of varied terrain including trails, grass paths, and gravel roads with a modest elevation gain of about 100 feet per loop. The rolling farm landscape offers both scenic beauty and challenging conditions that change with the weather and repeated laps over time.
### Race Experience

### What to Expect
Camping & Overnights:
Once you arrive on Friday, June 4th at 6 PM, camping in designated areas within the runner village will be available until the final finisher crosses the line. No one is permitted before this time for safety reasons.

Aid Station:
An aid station centrally located provides water, electrolytes, coffee, and basic snacks throughout the event.
Crew Support:
Support from crew members is highly encouraged but must follow strict guidelines. Personal crews are allowed between loops in designated basecamp areas only; no support during active runs.

Spectator Access:
Family and friends can watch the race unfold with excellent viewing spots, food vendors, live entertainment, and a front-row seat to this unique endurance event.
### Registration
Secure your spot early as previous editions have sold out annually. Early entry costs $135 for the first 50 registrants; afterward registration increases to $155 (UltraSignup fees not included).
