Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day by joining our annual run through the heart of our community. This year’s race invites you to honor Dr. King's legacy while engaging your body and mind with purposeful exercise. Lace up your shoes, gather at the starting line, and let the rhythm of your steps echo his powerful message of love and resilience.
This event is more than a fitness challenge; it's an opportunity for community engagement and social change. Whether you're running or walking, every participant brings their unique pace to this inclusive race. Suitable for all ages (under 18 with guardian) and paces, our goal is to foster unity and inspire ongoing efforts towards justice.
The atmosphere at the event will be warm and supportive, designed to keep stress levels low as you focus on your personal goals. Our coordinators are there to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish, providing encouragement along the way.
Timing for this run is optional but encouraged if you wish to track your progress using apps like Strava or RunKeeper. We will not be issuing timing chips; instead, we offer a relaxed and stress-free environment that prioritizes achieving personal milestones over competitive performance.
