Miles 4 Smiles 5K

Miles 4 Smiles 5k is an annual trail run held at Cherokee Bluffs in Flowery Branch, Georgia. This year’s edition on April 17, 2027, offers runners and walkers the opportunity to enjoy a scenic 5K route while supporting local missionaries heading to Nepal, Cambodia, India, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
Participants will start their day early with fellow enthusiasts as they navigate through Cherokee Bluffs' picturesque trails. The event features overall awards for top male and female finishers and age group awards for both genders in the following categories: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Every participant will receive a commemorative race day t-shirt and finisher’s medal.
To ensure the delivery of custom shirts for all registrants by April 1st, pre-registration is encouraged. Those who register after this date may still participate but their shirt availability cannot be guaranteed as they will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis until supplies last.
For those unable to attend in person yet wishing to contribute and receive the race t-shirt, a virtual option is available. Virtual participants can run or walk the 5K at any location of their choice and still enjoy all the benefits associated with this meaningful event.
