Medina Rec Indoor Tri 2027

On February 7, 2027, the Medina Rec Center will host its fifth annual indoor triathlon and biathlon at their state-of-the-art facility. The center, now in its 23rd year of operation, recently underwent a significant makeover to enhance its offerings for fitness enthusiasts. Spanning an impressive 110,000 square feet, the Medina Rec Center boasts top-notch amenities designed to promote health and wellness.
Participants can choose from six wave start times between 7:30 am and 9:50 am for the triathlon event, each accommodating a dozen athletes who will swim, bike, and run in succession. For those opting for the biathlon, there's one dedicated wave starting at 7:30 am as well.
The youth category, open to participants aged 7-15 years old, features its own segment from 9:50 am with a more manageable format of ten-minute segments for each discipline and transitions. Non-members are required to present photo ID upon entry, ensuring secure access to the facility's facilities.
With limited spots available, early registration is highly recommended as this popular event often sells out quickly. For further inquiries or assistance, interested individuals can reach out via email at [email protected] or by calling 330-686-1680.
