Louisburg Turkey Trot

Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving with a burst of energy and heartwarming generosity at the 2nd Annual Louisburg Turkey Trot 5K! Lace up your sneakers and join our community for a fun, family-friendly race and for a chance to give back.

All proceeds from the race will directly support Care and Share of Franklin County and The Help Center NC, two local food banks providing meals to families in need right here in our community. Enjoy a morning filled with music, costumes, and Thanksgiving cheer as you run or walk through the 5K course through historic downtown Louisburg.

Whether you're a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or a casual walker joining the fun, this 5K is for everyone. Bring your friends, family, or even your furry companions (leashed, of course) and make this Thanksgiving one to remember.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Deal now until September 1: $25.00 per runner 
September 1: $27.50
October 1: $30.00
Groups of 10 or more, along with all active military, veterans, and first responders, will receive a 20% discount. 
Children under 12 are $15.00

Course Description:

The course takes runners through the historic downtown Louisburg. This residential area is paved and allows runners to take in the beauty of small town America and our wonderful community up close and personal!
