MacTuffX 2026 promises an unparalleled functional fitness racing experience across diverse venues throughout the UK. Whether you're seasoned at HYROX or CROSSFIT, or just starting your fitness journey, this series is designed for all levels and abilities.
The event spans over three dozen conveniently located athletics stadiums from the South Coast of England to Aberdeenshire in Scotland, ensuring minimal travel while maximizing racing opportunities. Each venue offers a consistent and motivating environment tailored to push participants' limits through various challenges.
Participants can compete individually or join forces with partners as pairs, or form five-person relay teams for an added layer of strategy and teamwork. For those seeking extra challenge, MacTuffX 2X doubles the running distance between stations, testing endurance like never before.
The core of each race consists of ten functional fitness exercise stations that vary in intensity but are designed to test strength, agility, and stamina. Each station offers weight options for Men, Ladies, and LITE categories, ensuring everyone finds a suitable challenge. After completing an exercise at one station, participants run 400 metres (or 800 metres for the 2X) before moving on to the next.
Every entry into MacTuffX includes exclusive race merchandise such as a branded T-shirt and a bespoke event plate medal. Additionally, free race photos capture memorable moments throughout the day. Spectator admission is also complimentary, inviting friends, family, and gym buddies to cheer from the sidelines and share in the excitement of this dynamic fitness community.
