The Track: A Race of Pure Speed and Strength
Experience lightning-fast competition on this outdoor athletics track designed for speed enthusiasts and endurance athletes alike. The course features three distinct zones, each brimming with unique challenges that test your limits from start to finish.
Zone 1 focuses on pure endurance, where runners complete four laps around the 400m track, interspersed with a grueling bear crawl over 120 meters, followed by 50 goblet squats and an overhead plate carry of another 120 meters. This rigorous start sets the tone for the race ahead.
Zone 2 transitions to strength training, requiring participants to perform six rounds of wall ball sit-ups, kettlebell deadlifts, and dumbbell snatches. Solo racers tackle four full rounds, while relay teams collaborate on shared tasks in this zone before moving forward together through subsequent laps.
The final Zone 3 challenges conditioning with yet another set of four 400m track laps. Between these runs are a plate front carry for 200 meters, walking lunges over 80 meters, and burpee broad jumps also spanning 80 meters. The race concludes with one last sprint to the finish line.
Competitors can choose between solo efforts or team collaborations in doubles or relay formats, each option offering varying weights but a consistent course layout. Whether you're aiming for personal bests or just looking to push your limits on this accessible and thrilling track event, The Track promises an unforgettable experience.
