Enhance Your Swimming Technique: CATCH MASTERCLASS, Manchester
On Sunday, November 8th from 08:30 to 13:00 at Nuffield Manchester Printworks Fitness & Wellbeing Gym (27 Withy Grove, M4 2BS), swimmers of all levels except novices are invited to participate in the CATCH MASTERCLASS. This comprehensive session is designed to help you overcome common swimming challenges such as shoulder injuries and fatigue by refining your front-crawl catch technique.
The morning begins with a warm welcome at 08:30, followed by coffee for participants to mingle before diving into the pool practical sessions from 09:00 to 10:00. Afterward, you'll transition to the health studio for theory instruction and another round of refreshments from 10:00 to 11:00. The session continues with gym training focused on strengthening relevant muscle groups from 11:00 to 12:00, followed by a final pool practical session from 12:00 to 13:00.
Expert swim coach Dave Quartermain will guide you through the day's activities, ensuring that each participant gains valuable insights and skills. The program is tailored for swimmers looking to improve their efficiency in water while reducing fatigue and injuries.
Please bring your swimming gear along with comfortable clothing suitable for land-based training sessions. Note that there are no transfers or refunds available once bookings have been made; however, participants can opt for XCover insurance to potentially receive a refund if they cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
