Limited Winter Edition Run O'Clock 2027

Welcome to the Limited Winter Edition Run O’Clock 2027, an exhilarating challenge for runners who embrace winter's chill and unpredictable weather. On January 16th at 9:00 AM, participants will gather at Vedstedskovhus in Rebild Bakker National Park, ready to embark on a unique Backyard Ultra-style adventure.
The course winds through the scenic forest trails of Ravnkilden, featuring an elevation gain of approximately 130 meters per loop. Each lap covers 6.7 kilometers and must be completed within one hour and fifty-nine minutes. This format encourages runners to push their limits as they tackle each successive round under varying conditions.
The route combines sections of singletrack trails with stretches of asphalt, offering a diverse terrain that challenges both endurance and agility. The event’s intimate setting allows participants to set up personal depots near the start area for gear changes or resting between loops.
As daylight wanes and temperatures drop, runners will experience an immersive winter atmosphere, complete with snow, mud, and frosty conditions. Though there is no full-service aid station, light refreshments like water and PurePowerl energy drinks are available at designated checkpoints along the route.
The Winter Edition Run O’Clock 2027 invites hardcore endurance enthusiasts to test their mettle against the elements in a dynamic race environment where persistence trumps speed.
