About the Event

The 2025 Light the Way 5k and free 1/2 Mile Kid's Run will take place at the Fort Missoula Regional Park on Saturday, December 20th.

This festive evening run features colorful lights around the course, holiday music, cookies, and hot chocolate. Christmas cookies & hot cocoa served at the finish!

September 2nd- November 30th: $30
December 1st - December 20th (Race Day): $35

10:00AM - 2:00PM: Race Day Packet Pick Up in the Runner's Edge Basement
4:45PM-5:45PM: Race Day Packet Pick Up at Fort Missoula Regional Park
5:30PM: Kid's Half Mile Fun Run (Free)
6:00PM: Light the Way 5k Start
6:15PM – 7:30PM: Cookies and Cocoa
6:30PM: Ugly Sweater Contest and Awards Ceremony for top 3 men and women
