Lezyne Dunoon Dirt Dash

Embark on an unforgettable cycling adventure with the Dunoon Dirt Dash, taking place over two days along Scotland's Adventure Coast near Glasgow. This self-supported bikepacking event invites you through some of the finest gravel trails and singletrack paths that the Cowal Peninsula has to offer.
On Day 1, riders will cover a distance of approximately 69 kilometers, with around 950 meters of elevation gain, weaving through rugged landscapes and serene forests. The second day follows a similar route at another 69km, featuring an additional 1,200m climb along technical sections where shortcuts are available for those looking to challenge themselves further.
Participants will receive electronic navigation tools via GPX files ahead of the event, allowing them to plot their course through unmarked terrain. Camping facilities with meals and basic amenities await at designated campsites each evening.
This non-timed reliability trial emphasizes responsible cycling practices in natural settings. Riders are encouraged to use mountain or gravel bikes equipped with tires no smaller than 45mm for optimal performance on varied surfaces, including public roads and cycle paths.
