Les Foulées Roses

Les Foulées Roses is an annual celebration of community and charity that takes place on the first Sunday of October each year. This year’s edition will be held on October 4, 2026, marking its eleventh iteration since it began in 2015 as part of the national Octobre Rose campaign against breast cancer.
The event features a variety of activities designed to engage participants at all levels of fitness and experience. Early morning starts see walkers setting off for either a scenic 3km route or an extended 5.5km course, both beginning from Rue Jacques Monod near Parc du Larry. These routes wind through picturesque neighborhoods with plenty of encouragement along the way.
For those who prefer to run, there’s ample opportunity to warm up and stretch in Parc du Larry at 10:30 AM before hitting the start line for their respective races. The main event kicks off with a competitive yet supportive atmosphere as participants gather on Rue Jacques Monod once again. At 11:00 AM sharp, runners will embark on a challenging but rewarding 10km course that showcases the area’s natural beauty and urban landscapes.
Shortly after at 11:15 AM, another group of enthusiastic athletes will start their journey along the slightly shorter yet equally engaging 5.5 km route. Both courses feature well-marked paths with volunteers stationed throughout to provide guidance and support as needed.
The day culminates in a festive gathering where participants can celebrate their achievements together. A podium ceremony takes place at noon, recognizing runners who have pushed themselves while raising funds for an important cause. The event has already raised over 600,000 euros since its inception to help patients and support research efforts.
Les Foulées Roses offers a unique blend of physical challenge, community spirit, and charitable giving that makes it a standout event on the autumn race calendar in France.
