About the Event

Are you looking for an outdoor adventure that combines the thrill of cycling and hiking with a touch of camaraderie? Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Englebelmer (80300) for the ninth edition of La Rando des Tranchées. The event offers a variety of routes to cater to all levels of fitness and interest.
The cycling enthusiasts can choose from VTT trails ranging from 15 km to 50 km or opt for the challenging gravel route spanning an impressive 65 kilometers. Road cyclists will find two distances, 35 km and 50 km, both offering scenic routes through Englebelmer's countryside. For those who prefer walking, there are three options: a short 6-kilometer walk, a moderate 9-kilometer hike, or the longer 12-kilometer trek.
Trail runners will enjoy a challenging yet rewarding 17-kilometer trail that winds through picturesque landscapes and provides stunning views of Englebelmer's surroundings. Each route features well-placed refreshment stations along the way to keep participants energized throughout their journey.
After completing your chosen distance, head back to the stade de football Denise et Bernard Schietequatte for a warm welcome with hot drinks and delicious crêpes waiting at the finish line. The event starts promptly from 14:30 onwards after registration between 13:00 and 14:30.
Registration fees are as follows:
- Marche & Trail: €5
- VTT / Gravel / Cyclo (licensed FFVélo): €3, Non-Licensed: €6
- Free for participants under the age of 18
