Join us for the return of La Biskoulenn, set to take place on Sunday, August 29, 2026! This year's celebration promises an atmosphere filled with joy and creativity as participants are encouraged to come dressed up without worrying about performance metrics. There will be no rankings or timing, allowing runners to focus solely on the fun.
Choose from two distances that cater to different levels of fitness:
The "Braz" route covers 15 kilometers and starts at 3 PM, while the shorter "Bihan" option is a scenic 8.7-kilometer course beginning just half an hour later at 3:30 PM. Both routes feature a mix of road sections and natural trails, offering participants a unique blend of urban and rural landscapes.
One highlight of La Biskoulenn is its emphasis on creativity through costumes; the most impressively dressed team will receive a barrel of beer as their prize. Additional awards for outstanding individual disguises will also be given out to keep spirits high throughout the event.
At each hydration station along both courses, runners can enjoy magical potions – though participants are reminded that alcohol consumption should always be moderate and responsible.
After crossing the finish line, stick around for live music and a variety of food options provided by our partners at Poèm, ensuring everyone has plenty to look forward to beyond just completing their chosen distance.
This year's event will support Kerez, an association dedicated to helping children undergoing cancer treatment within the onco-pediatric service at CHU Morvan in Brest.
La Biskoulenn is more than a race; it’s a day filled with camaraderie and fun for all ages.
