Boost your mountain biking skills with FitlikeMTB's lunchtime coaching sessions on Monday, November 9th from 11:45 AM to 1 PM at Banchory Woodland Trails. Led by British Cycling accredited MTB Gravity coach Mandy Prowse, this focused session is designed for riders looking to enhance their trail riding abilities and build confidence in a supportive environment.
The clinic caters to both beginners and intermediate-level cyclists who are eager to progress on the trails. With space limited to just eight participants per session, it’s essential to book your spot early to secure a place with FitlikeMTB's expert guidance. The woodland setting offers varied terrain ideal for honing skills like braking techniques, cornering, and handling jumps.
Participants should come prepared with their own bike in good working condition, helmets, gloves, weather-appropriate clothing, spare inner tubes or tubeless plugs, and knee pads if desired. Sessions start promptly at 11:45 AM from the car park near Banchory Woodland Trails, providing a structured yet flexible learning environment tailored to individual needs.
