The event begins at Cape Sada and winds its way to Kagoshima City on day one, crossing 92 kilometers with an ascent of 1,094 meters through lush greenery and coastal views.
The second leg takes riders from Sakurajima across the picturesque Kirishima region to Kyotango Onsen over a challenging 112-kilometer stretch that gains nearly two thousand meters in elevation. Day three sees participants navigate winding roads between hot springs, verdant forests, and mountain villages as they travel another 94 kilometers with an ascent of 1,903 meters.
On day four, riders tackle the formidable slopes leading up to Mount Aso before descending into a serene onsen town for rest and rejuvenation.
