The "Colorful Zhu Zhen" Rural Fitness Run, scheduled for October 25, 2026, invites runners to explore the picturesque landscapes of Daguanshu Lake Scenic Area in Zhuzhen Town, Nanjing City. This scenic event covers a distance of 11.7 kilometers and accommodates up to 950 participants across individual and family categories, with free entry for children aged between 14 and 17 years old.
The autumn season offers the perfect backdrop for this run, as runners will experience the serene beauty of Zhuzhen Town away from urban chaos. The Daguanshu Lake area is renowned for its natural splendor, featuring tranquil waters that mirror the surrounding greenery and dramatic gorges with breathtaking vistas. Known for its stunning scenery reminiscent of both Northern China's Three Gorges and Guilin’s mountains, this region boasts lush forests, deep caves, and rolling hills shrouded in mist.

These fiery hues create an enchanting spectacle that adds to the allure of this scenic run, making it a memorable experience for all who participate.
The event promises runners not only physical challenges but also a chance to immerse themselves in nature's beauty and connect with local culture amidst one of China’s most picturesque rural settings.
