Janapav Hill 5KM Run

On November 1, 2026, the Janapav Hill 5KM Run will take place at Patel Fitness Gym in Mhow, Indore. This annual race aims to promote environmental conservation and offers both competitive rewards and a vibrant atmosphere for runners of all levels.
The event starts early on Saturday morning with registration opening from 7:30 AM onwards, followed by the race starting promptly at 8:00 AM. Runners will navigate through scenic routes that wind around Janapav Hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and a challenging yet rewarding experience. The terrain includes both flat stretches and hilly sections, providing participants with an exhilarating mix of elevation changes.
The top three male runners will receive cash prizes: ₹11000 for first place, ₹5000 for second, and ₹2000 for third. Female winners also have their own separate prize money, including a guaranteed ₹2500 for the female champion. Additionally, all participants are eligible to win various other awards from Janapav Academy.
In addition to competitive prizes, runners will receive medals, T-shirts, bib numbers, electronic certificates, breakfast, and hydration stations throughout the course. Every participant also gets personal photos captured during their run as a memorable keepsake of this event.
To enhance the pre-race excitement, there is a Zumba dance session scheduled 30 minutes before the race begins at Patel Fitness Gym. This lively warm-up routine sets an energetic tone for participants and spectators alike.
For runners traveling from afar, accommodation options are available with charges starting at ₹100 per person. However, it's mandatory to book this facility by calling the provided number one day prior to the event date.
Currently, the registration fee is just ₹250 but will increase to ₹400 soon after November 1st, so early sign-ups are encouraged for those interested in securing their spot at a lower cost.
