Ironbridge Half Marathon

Run through industrial history and stunning gorge scenery at the Ironbridge Half Marathon in Telford on Sunday, 22 March 2026. This unique and challenging 21.1km route is a true journey through a UNESCO World Heritage Site, starting at the QEII Arena and taking you along the Silkin Way, past historic museums, and culminating with a dramatic crossing of the world's first Iron Bridge itself. Organized by Telford Harriers Running Club, the race is a multi-surface loop with a tough return climb, offering a rewarding test for runners of all levels. With a 3-hour cut-off, four water stations, and a fantastic finisher's medal and T-shirt, it's a brilliantly organized local event with a big atmosphere.
