About the Event

The Half of the Two Pearls offers runners an unforgettable coastal journey through some of Italy's most picturesque landscapes. The race begins in Santa Margherita, where participants will start their 21-kilometer adventure along Viale Andrea Doria before heading towards Portofino via a scenic provincial road that hugs the coastline.
As you make your way to Portofino, expect a charming stop at its small square for an intimate and memorable passage. The race then takes runners back through the coastal towns with a turnaround point in Portofino where participants will retrace their steps along the same breathtaking route before heading towards Santa Margherita once more.
The finish line awaits in the gardens of Piazza Martiri della Libertà, providing a stunning backdrop for the final sprint. Upon crossing the line, runners can look forward to refreshment and award ceremonies held at designated areas near the finish zone. Throughout the race, hydration stations are strategically placed along the route to ensure participants stay hydrated during their run.
This event is not just about running; it's an experience that immerses you in the beauty of Italy’s Ligurian coast while enjoying a well-organized and scenic half marathon.
