About the Event

L’Ingorda is a cycling event that celebrates the culinary excellence of the Food Valley, starting in Parma and ending in Busseto. The route follows the Food Valley Cycle Path, enriched by numerous refreshment stops in picturesque locations. The trail is mostly on low-traffic or secondary roads, making it accessible and free of technical difficulties, except for a few short gravel sections.
Two participation options:

INGORDA (80 km): From Parma to Busseto, featuring 10 gastronomic stops.
MEZZA INGORDA (40 km): From Parma to Colorno, with 6 gastronomic stops.

At the end, participants can return to Parma from Busseto via a shuttle service (with bike transport) or an animated cruise on the Po River. Spaces are limited.
Recommended bikes: Gravel, MTB, Trekking, E-bike. Not allowed: Road bikes. Mandatory: Helmet use.
An experience that combines sport, nature, and local flavors! The route is mostly on traffic-free or secondary roads, with no significant technical challenges or elevation changes, except for a few short gravel sections.
