Participants can choose between different groups tailored to their preferences: the Walk group for those who wish to enjoy the scenic beauty at a leisurely pace; the Run group for trail running enthusiasts seeking an intense challenge; or the Jog group for runners looking to balance both walking and jogging along the route. Each course is designed to showcase the natural splendor of Bohuslän, offering breathtaking views and varied terrain that cater to diverse runner abilities.
