HYBAR Sweat Fest - A Sweat Bar Fitness Hybrid Athlete Race

We are excited to announce our partnership with AHN Montour Sports Complex to launch our off-site hybrid fitness race event series with multiple competition dates lined up through the year to keep you competing, preparing, and progressing!

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF SWEAT BAR FITNESS.

Sweat Bar Fitness is a strength and conditioning coaching based gym. We host a wide range of endurance and fitness events each year, including 3 ultra-distance trail races at Settlers Cabin Park, Splash & Dash swim/run events, social 5Ks, and our multi-season HYBAR fitness race competitions at the AHN Montour Sports Complex.

These are always sell out events and we cannot issue refunds. Please consider grabbing the insurance to protect your purchase in the event something comes up for you.

Sweat Fest 2027 is the exact same race and course as Summerfest and Oktoberfest 2026. 

AHN Montour Sports Complex is an incredible fully turfed indoor facility with a mezzanine viewing area, giving family and friends a perfect spot to watch the action. 

This will be on 2/3 of their indoor soccer field. We already have our future dates lined up at this venue so you will be the first to get all of the future info and early bird perks.

Saturday, October 24th
8:30am–2:30pm
AHN Montour Sports Complex - 2419 State Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108

This will be a sell out event so grab your spot asap and stay informed on all important updates.

Event Divisions:

• Solo
• Men’s Doubles - Both participants are required to be registered and pay (one person can sign up and pay for both participants during registration)
• Women’s Doubles - Both participants are required to be registered and pay (one person can sign up and pay for both participants during registration)
• Mixed Doubles - Both participants are required to be registered and pay (one person can sign up and pay for both participants during registration)

For doubles teams, reps and distances are the same as the solo event, but partners may split the station reps however they choose. For all run segments, both teammates must complete the run.

TEAMS: Each person has to signup for the relevant event. The first person will create a team and the second person will join that team when they sign up!

Scheduling
Athletes will be assigned an approximate start time within 3 days of the event (sooner if we sell out again). A pre race survey will be sent to get an estimate of your performance. If you have a specific time request needed, please feel free to email us and we'll try our best to accommodate.

Age Requirements: All participants must be 14 years old on the day of the event. 

Participant Swag
All participants will receive:

HYBAR Athlete Velcro Badge or Medal
HYBAR Shirt

Awards for top 3 in each division.

Workout Design Modifications:
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the workout structure, weights, runs, or event flow based on participation volume or other setup logistics. Any adjustments will be communicated no later than 3 days before the event.
