Start your Fair Week the right way with an unforgettable run through the heart of one of Michigan's most beloved communities! The Hudsonville Community Fair 5K is welcoming runners, walkers, families, students, and fair lovers to a high-energy, community-centered race experience!

• Start Time: 9:00 AM SHARP
• Location: Hudsonville Community Fairgrounds, 5235 Park Ave, Hudsonville
• Expected Runners: 1,500
  
• Benefiting: Local educational foundations, to be announced soon

Registration Pricing:

• $35 through May 31st
• $40 June 1st through July 31st
• $50 August 1st through race day

🏃 The Course:

Get ready for a scenic, fun, and fast 5K course that starts and ends at the iconic Hudsonville Community Fairgrounds. Here's your route:

Head out on Green Ave and turn right on Lee St. Left on Park Ave, right on Barker St, left on Madison Ave, and right on Van Buren St, running past Trinity Protestant Reformed Church, the HPS Early Childhood Center, and the Gary Byker Memorial Library!

Left on Elm Ave, left on Oak St, right on School Ave, and left on Hillcrest Rd, running alongside Hudsonville Christian School and Hillcrest Christian Reformed Church!

Right on Van Buren St past Park Elementary School, then left on Hughes Dr and straight through the beautiful and historic Hughes Park!

Hit Green Ave one last time and finish where you started, right in the heart of Hudsonville!

This is more than just a race, it's the official kickoff to Fair Week and a full on community celebration! Our Race Director, Kevin J. Maas, will be on the mic, keeping the energy high and the crowd pumped as he announces runners, tells stories, and bringing the Fair Week energy all morning long.

 
💵 Cash Prizes

$500 cash for first, $250 for second, and $100 for third, for both the top male and female finishers! That's real money on the line and it's yours if you've got the legs for it. Come ready to race!

Top 3 finishers in every age group receive a special medal! Categories for both male and female runners:

14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

The fun doesn't stop at the finish line! The Hudsonville Community Fair, the Biggest Little Fair in Michigan, opens Monday August 24th and runs through August 29th. One week. 80,000 people. Rodeo, monster trucks, motocross, bump and run, pullers, off-road, midway rides, great food, and so much more. Run the 5K Saturday and celebrate all week long!

Free parking is available in the oversized lot west of Hughes Park. Please arrive early!
