Home For The Holidays 5K

On November 28, 2026, runners will gather in historic Medina, New York, for the 14th Annual Home For The Holidays 5K. This festive race kicks off Medina's Olde Tyme Christmas Celebration and promises a scenic route through the charming Canal District, finishing in front of the American Legion Hall Post 204.
The course begins behind Captain Kidz Restaurant on East Center Street and winds its way to Main Street for the finish line celebration. The small-town setting ensures that participants can easily navigate from start to finish, with packet pickup available at the Medina YMCA until race time.
Registration costs $30 through October 31 or $35 thereafter, and guarantees a race shirt if registered by November 10. Additional shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on race morning. Online registration remains open up to race day or until the event sells out.
Awards are given to top male and female runners overall, as well as age group certificates for participants aged 10 years and older. The post-race celebration at American Legion Hall Post 204 includes pizza and a bar, offering a warm welcome after crossing the finish line.
